No matter where you are in your practice journey, the Strategy Session gives us time to work through your biggest questions, identify your priorities, and build a clear path forward.
Start Your Strategy SessionA bad lease, a premature hire, or months chasing the wrong priority can cost far more than getting guidance before you act. My goal isn't to make your decisions for you — it's to help you see your options clearly and focus on what matters most.
Doctors deciding whether to open a practice, preparing to launch, or trying to improve one they already own. You don't need everything figured out before we meet — that's the point.
Before we meet — Complete a short questionnaire. I review it personally so we don't waste time on basics.
During the session — 60–90 minutes, one-on-one, built entirely around your situation.
After we meet — You receive a customized Action Plan: clear priorities and next steps, immediate through long-term.
Pre-session questionnaire, personally reviewed

Customized Action Plan
No obligation to continue afterward. If it makes sense, we can talk about Startup or Growth Consulting — but the session stands on its own
for physicians planning to open a practice
for physicians who already own a practice
No — this is for any stage.
I review it personally, then send scheduling and payment info.
60–90 minutes, depending on complexity.
Yes — send anything relevant.
No. It's a standalone service.
You don't pay until I've reviewed your questionnaire and we've both agreed the session makes sense, so most fit problems get caught before any money changes hands. After that: reschedule anytime with 48 hours' notice at no charge. Cancel with 48 hours' notice and I'll refund you in full. Inside 48 hours, I'll reschedule you once but can't refund, because I've already blocked the time and done the prep.
If we meet and you come away feeling the session wasn't worth what you paid, tell me within seven days and I'll refund it. I'd rather give the money back than have a doctor feel they paid for nothing.
Yes. Your questionnaire, your financials, the documents you send, and the fact that we've talked stay between us. I don't share client information with anyone, and I don't use client situations in talks, posts, or sample materials without asking first and removing anything that could identify you. If you'd prefer a signed confidentiality agreement before sending documents, ask and I'll send one.
One limit worth knowing: I'm a physician and practice owner, not an attorney or accountant, so our conversations don't carry legal privilege. For anything that needs it, I'll tell you to loop in your attorney.
After you submit the questionnaire, you'll hear from me within two business days with scheduling and payment information. Sessions are usually one to two weeks out from there. If you're up against a deadline — a lease expiring, an LOI on the table, a job offer with a response date — say so in the questionnaire and I'll do what I can to move faster.
Yes. Most of the doctors I work with are physicians, but the decisions are the same for anyone who owns or wants to own a clinical practice — dentists, veterinarians, DOs, nurse practitioners and PAs with their own practices, chiropractors, physical therapists. Lease terms, staffing, pricing, and the question of what you actually want from the business don't change much across specialties. If your situation is outside what I know, I'll tell you on the first call rather than take your money.
