We meet monthly (30–60 minutes) to review progress and set priorities. A brief check-in beforehand, plus reasonable text/email access between meetings. Every meeting ends with clear actions; every next meeting starts by evaluating what worked.

Depending on your goals, we may use the GROW Framework to build a practical patient-growth strategy.
